Within 24 business hours only "In-stock" New items only can be returned. The returned item must be in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Proof of purchase must be supplied. No credit refund will be issued if the merchandise is returned without an authorization number. Stocking / Re-stocking fees may apply.
Special ordered, Showroom Model, AS IS, Used, Pre-Owned, On Sale / Clearance, Non-Stock specifically ordered items cannot be returned. All used, pre-owned, showroom model items are sold as is and its customers responsibility to inspect items before purchase, pick up or delivery and installation.
After 5 business days, handling charges, storage charges, delivery/freight charges and restocking charges may be applied. Defective merchandise is contingent on the manufacturers defective and/or repair / replacement policies.
All returns must be approved by the Customer Service Department and re-stocking fees 35% of List Price will be applied.
IMAGES AND FABRICS - All images, photographs and fabric guides are purely illustrative and are intended as a guide. Actual colors and fabrics may
vary and if you are in any doubt about fabric selection please request a larger sample to be arranged. M&E Business Furnishings cannot be held liable in the event
the customer subsequently does not like or agree with the specified fabric choice.
LEATHER - Leather is a natural product and as such may contain imperfections and blemishes which are unavoidable and integral to its character. We cannot accept liability or return of the product for these reasons.
Furniture Installation / Delivery / Assembly Fees / Handling Fees/ Finance fees and special orders are non-refundable.
Service / Transaction Fee of 3% on top of the total amount will be applied automatically if paid by any different payment method but cheque, cash, EFT or e-transfer.
Ownership shall not pass to the purchaser until M&E Business Furnishings receives payment in full for any goods or services rendered.
M&E Business Furnishings, reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts after 30 days from original invoice date at 4.5% accumulated monthly.
Drawings and quotations are the property of M&E Business Furnishings and shall not be disclosed to other parties or used in whole or in part without written consent from M&E Business Furnishings you can purchase drawing from us; basic drawing cost is $350; complex drawing cost to be quoted.
Up to 3 drawing revisions are included at no charge; additional revisions will be charged out at our hourly rate of $85/hour
Delivery and installation - unless otherwise stated:
Quotations is based on regular business hours (8:00 am to 4:30pm), full access to elevator. loading dock access, site being clean and ready for the project.
Quotation does not include removal of data cabling or electrician to disconnect / connect power
Quotation assumes area will be clear of personal belongings, office supplies, accessories, IT equipment including phones.
Overtime rates apply after hours.
For postponed installations due to site delays or last-minute cancellations, a 4-hour minimum charge will apply if not notified and confirmed 24 hours prior scheduled job.
Quotation is proposed with information at time of quote, changes may result in additional charges.
No stair carry, re configuring furniture or cuts. For example, if stair carry not mentioned and there are stairs client will be billed hourly on top of what was quoted $48.00 per men per hour or after hours $72.00
Drilling, mounting into concrete walls not included unless specified.
Quotation does not include return trips for back orders or deficiencies beyond M&E Business Furnishings control
Work to be done during regular business hours.
Product storage not included unless otherwise noted.
